Anonymous asked: I like your blog and I follow you, but why on earth is your URL 'skinnierthanaskeleton' ? Just copious about the reason behind it. the answer is somewhere on my blog, i forget where but i’ll explain anyway, before i became a fitblr i was in a very dark place and i was an eating disorder blog. but through some fitblrs that i discovered i became inspired to get healthy and recover from my eating disorder. the reason i never changed my url was because i wanted to keep it as a reminder of how far i’ve come. i still struggle sometimes and lately i’ve been having a really tough time. i haven’t relapsed, but i stopped caring about my health. i eat very unhealthy and i stopped going to the gym. i also started smoking cigarettes again. as soon as i finish this pack i’m going to quit again. i also plan on starting to go to the gym again &i’ve been eating a lot healthier these past few days. i’m starting to get myself back on track but it’s gonna take some work. i really need the support of all my followers right now, but i will get better. i won’t let myself fail. |

I get a lot of questions about carbs, so here’s just some quick information on them! To avoid the inevitable anons, no, I do not think all football players are stupid and all boys in photography class are smart, haha.
One more thing: Fruit is a simple carb! This does not mean it is bad for you. Again, just everything in moderation! Eating healthy has a lot to do with common sense and less to do with charts.
